运送详情 Delivery Info
我们将根据不同时段开时发货：
Shipments will commence in different time phases:
- 凡是在2024年4月内下单的所有订单，将会在【2024年 5月中】后开始发货。
- For all orders placed in April 2024, shipments will be arranged from【Mid-May 2024】onwards.
交货通常需要 10 个工作日。Delivery typically takes 10 working days.
我们的运费如下：Our shipping fees are as follows:
西马 West Malaysia: RM 6
东马 East Malaysia: RM 13
*包裹运送时间可能会因清关和天气条件等因素而产生影响。
*Shipping duration is estimated and parcels may be subjected to delays due to factors such as customs clearance & weather conditions.
交货条款 Delivery Terms
- 目前，我们只将订单运送到马来西亚的街道地址（无邮政信箱地址）。For the time being, we only ship orders to street addresses (NO PO box address) in Malaysia.
- 您可能需要签收。您同意在签收之前检查产品是否有任何明显的故障、缺陷或损坏。您需要保留交付产品的收据，以备将来与我们讨论。You may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.
- 请注意，我们可能无法送货到某些地点。如果是这种情况，我们将使用您在下订单时提供给我们的联系方式通知您，并安排取消订单或送货到其他送货地址。Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
- 将有 2 次尝试交付您的包裹。如果这 2 次尝试都失败了，则会在收件人的邮箱中放置一张便笺。如果您未能提取产品（在我们首次交货后的 2 周内），我们可能会采取以下一项或两项措施：There will be 2 attempts made to deliver your parcel. If at all these 2 attempts fail, a note will be placed in your recipient’s mailbox. If you fail to collect the products (within 2 weeks of our first delivery), we may do either or both of the following:
- 向您收取我们合理的仓储费和我们合理产生的其他费用。Charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
- 取消订单，在这种情况下，我们可能会向您或您的信用卡或借记卡公司（如适用）退还已支付给我们的任何款项，减去我们的理由。Canceling the order, in which case we may refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as incurred).
