退换货政策 Return & Exchange Policy
我们接受退货和换货，所有要求在收到您的订单后14个工作日内提出。We accept returns and exchanges, all requests are to be raised within 14 working days of receiving your orders.
所有物品均应以其原始的全新状态退回，未磨损，未使用，未清洗其原始标签。对于任何被视为不符合其原始条件的退货，我们保留最终权利。All items are to be returned in its original brand-new condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with its original tags. We do reserve the final right, for any returns that are deemed not meet to its original condition.
如果您要更换的物品缺货，则可以换成其他商品。并且只允许一次换同等或更高价值的产品。You are allowed to exchange for another item if the purchased item you wish to exchange is out of stock. And only allow an exchange for a product of equal or higher value for a one-time exchange.
如果交换物品的价格超过您购买的原始物品。您需要支付自负额。但是，如果交换物品是价格较低的商品，则不允许退款。If the price of the exchange item exceeds the original item that you purchased. You are required to pay for the excess. However, if the exchange items are lower priced items, no refunds are allowed.
所有促销品均不可更换，亦不可退款。如果在退货或换货期间对定价有任何争议，则当前售价将具有约束力。All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding.
更换新物品需支付运费。
1个订单仅授予1次换货。
Delivery Fee is applied for replacing the new items.
1 order is only granted for 1 time exchange only.

剩余的余额/积分可以兑换为同等或更高价值的产品，以进行一次性兑换。不允许现金退款。The remaining balance/credits can be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value for a one-time exchange. Cash refunds are not permitted.
厚辣保留随时自行决定修改这些退货和换货政策的权利，恕不另行通知。对这些内容的所有修订都将发布在我们的网站上并立即生效，您的购买将构成接受修订后的政策。Horlah reserves the right to amend these Return & Exchange policies, at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. All amendments to these will be posted on our website and be effective immediately, your purchases will constitute acceptance of the amended policy.
